Weekend Away
The annual RCL Weekend Away is back for 2026!
We’re heading to De Vere Horsley Estate, near Guildford. The weekend will include worship, teaching, time to relax, good food, and lots of time together as a church family. It promises to be a really special trip, and we're confident it will be a significant weekend for us as a church whether you're new to RCL or a member - you're invited!

Additional Ticket Information
A shared ticket means sharing one double bed with another person (twin rooms are an upgrade and cost more. Each person must purchase their own ticket. Shared rooms are only for friends, married couples, or their children. Please note your roommate’s name in the notes section, or we can assign you one.
Children tickets are available for 5 to 11 year olds. Under 5 can attend for free. Above 12 are treated as adults. Age is respective to 30th Jan 2026.
Sponsorship is available for those who would like to contribute funds to help those who might be finding it difficult to purchase a ticket.
What to Expect
Date & Timings
The Weekend Away will start on Friday 30 January 2026 with check in from 5pm and will end on Sunday 01 February 2026 after breakfast when we will all make our way back to Central Foundation Boys School for our usual Sunday service.
Scheduled activities will start on Friday with dinner and end on the Sunday morning. The full schedule will be provided closer to the weekend alongside a print out with all details you might need upon arrival.
For families, we also have a full programme of kids care and activities!
Location & Travel
Please note all are to make their own way to the Weekend Away venue, whilst a coach will be bringing all back to London on the Sunday. The venue is just 10 minutes from the M25 and a short distance from Horsley, Guildford and Dorking stations, all with direct train routes into London Waterloo.
